Doli D. Siregar is the founder and formed PT. Satyatama Graha Tara in 1985, a well known consultant company in appraisal and property in Indonesia. Doli D. Siregar has 30 years of experience as a consultant in appraisal and property and has been coordinated with MAPPI (Indonesian Society of Appraisers) and GAPPI (Association of Indonesian Appraisal Company).

He has also an international reputation as Secretary General of The Asean Valuers Association (AVA) and Standard Board member of International Valuation Standard Committee (IVSC). Doli is also Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Certified International Real Estate Consultant (CIC) and Senior Certified Valuer (SCV). His national reputation would be most experienced Indonesian senior valuer and moreover he's been lecturing at Master Degree Program on the Development Economics at Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta and has been Chairman of the Board of Strategic Issue Studies, INKINDO.

Recently he is sharpened his expertise to Asset Management aspect, whereas he is now write a book titled : Asset Management - The Strategy to Formulate Sustainable Development Concept in the National Scope in the context of Regional Heads as the CEOs in Globalization and Regional Autonomy Era, and couples of other title which related with Asset Management. Since his expertise he is currently working as National Land Policy Specialist and Team Leader in ADB Project : Enhancing The Legal and Administrative Framework for Land Project. And right now he is the founding and a Managing Partner on Doli Siregar & Rekan.

Joined KJJP Doli Siregar & Rekan sience 2009. Prior to joining KJPP Doli Siregar & Partners has been experienced as Managing Director in PT.Satyatama Graha Tara. To be able to continue to improve the qualification, has attended variety of education, courses and seminars especially related to the field of Business Valuation / Shares, Finance and Feasibility Study.

As regulated in Finance Ministry Department for public appraisal, he has obtained Public Appraisal License of property and Business Valuation (PB) with Permits No: B.1-14.00405 and has been experienced for over 6 years. Have experienced handled various service projects property and business valuation (valuation of stock), and also services the preparation of Feasibility Study and Project Supervision as a performer and as a leader in a variety of projects Several large companies have ever handled was: PT. Prakarsa Tani Sejati, PT. Cemaru Lestari, Metropolis Group (Group Lippo), PT. Andira Agro, PT. Rea Kaltim Plantation, PT. Hanson Internasional Tbk, PT. Agro Maju Raya, PT. Resources Alam Indonesia Tbk, PT. Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk, PT.Istaka Karya (Persero), as well as in the Environment Administration is the government of Jakarta, Tangerang, Banten, and South Sumatra.

Has become an active member of Professional Appraisers Society Indonesia (MAPPI) since 2012. And now currently became one of the Partners at KJPP (Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik) Doli Siregar & Rekan.

Joined KJPP Doli Siregar & Rekan since may 2012 and as Partner since December 2012. Prior to joining KJPP Doli Siregar & Rekan, has been experienced in carrying out various positions in several appraisal consultant companies Since 1982 starting from PT Bintang Dharma Hurip Appraisal last served as Director, PT. Anima Krida Usaha Consultants & Appraisal as President Director, and PT. Indodaya Appraisal as Director. To be able to continue to improve the qualifications, has attended a variety of education, courses and seminars especially related to the field of Appraisal, Accounting, Financial, and Management.

As regulated in Finance Ministry Department for public appraisal, he has obtained Public Appraisal License of property and Business Valuation (PB) with Permits No: PB. 1.09.00077 and has been experienced for over 24 years and have experienced through a variety of projects both as a performer and as a leader in a variety of projects with a degree of difficulty ranging from very simple to complex projects, with services either property or business (stock valuation), and also feasibility study project and Monitoring

In professional organizations, has become an active member of Professional Appraisers Society Indonesia (MAPPI) since 1998 with the No. 88-S-00105. Before entering in the world of appraisal he has also been experienced as Finance Accounting Manager at an insurance company.

And now currently became one of the Partners at KJPP (Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik) Doli Siregar & Rekan.
