Responsibilities:

Marketed either directly or by way of tender.

Requirements

• Male / Female. max. 40 years old
• Having 1 years experience as Marketing in Property. Hands on with market analysis, competitor analysis and below the line/above the line marketing strategy.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Having a Driver’s License (SIM A / C)
• Very good Oral & Written skills and Interpretation in English and Indonesian language
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
• Expertise with Computer (word, excel and powerpoint, etc)
• looking attractive, sociable, communicative.
• Can be Trusted, Agile and Accountable
• Able to Maintain Confidential
