Increase in flight activity at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport has a significant influence on the growth of passenger air transport during the last three years. This increased volume leads to problems of limited access from and to the airport. As no further than Regulation No. 83 Dated 24 November 2011 and saw a need for improved infrastructure and facilities of the Airport Rail from the circulate route  Jakarta-Bogor-Depok- Tanggerang-Bekasi, PT KAI developed the rail route 'commuter' Manggarai-Sudirman-Tanah Abang-Duri-Batu Ceper along 24.2 km, as well as build new track from Batu Ceper to Soekarno-Hatta Airport approximately 12.1 km.

KJPP DSR in collaboration with PT. KAI in order to provide assessment services in form of compensation assessment (fair replacement value) against the value of the land, the space above ground and the underground, the value of buildings, plants, objects related to the land, and/or other losses can be assessed on parcels of the land belonging to the communities affected by the construction of the railway line Soekarno-Hatta along 12.1 km with 30 hectare of land area covering 5 Districts and 8 Village in Tanggerang City .
